My new year's resolution is to start actually using my site's blog to talk about upcoming projects and document my experiences at all of the art fairs and festivals that I attend.
I've got a LOT of new illustration and publishing projects planned for this year, of which the first will be the Skullgarden Coloring Book. I'm finishing up the last of the inking and editing now. It's been quite a challenge working on this particular book since I consider my forte to be painting and color work, but it's been fun to focus on concepts and composition without having to worry about what sort of color palette to use.
The Skullgarden Coloring Book is scheduled to be released on Kickstarter during the month of February, with an April 2016 delivery. You can expect a minimum of 40 inked pages for coloring in a perfect bound 8.5x11" book, along with other rewards like original inked pages, smaller loose prints, and a few other options.
As for my personal life goes, we just moved back to Atlanta after almost ten years. It's good to be back!
